I belong to several critique groups, and I tell you that it is amazing how much talented is pooled in those groups. But getting published has more to it than just talent. My colleagues have worked hard to hone their skills. Crit groups are the highlights of my week. Well, one of my critique partners has hit paydirt. His debut novel came out today.
