North! Or Be Eaten

Well, the blog tour was last week from Wednesday to Friday. I am not saying that everyone should have waited for me, or that someone should have branded the dates on the back of my hand. My belated participation is my own fault. I thought all blog tours were Monday to Wednesday.

Of course, I might be able to blame Andy because I listen to his CD at least twice a week. Have you listened to the CD - Bugs, Slugs, and Lullibies? Some of the songs are downright hilarious like the one about the man searching for his girlfriend who has one belly button, two elbows, pretty little chin, one pert nose and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 piggy little toes. And others are confusing. Fire truck, fire truck, going to the ball. But the name of that song is Tractor. Because I have two grandsons who do not want to listen to sweet little nursery rhyme songs, I know Andy through his music as well as his books.
The other artist on this album is Randall Goodgame. Doesn't Goodgame sound like a name Andy would make up for a book that has toothy cows? I'm not real sure Randy Goodgame really exists.

Donita, you're right—normal tours are always Monday through Wednesday. This one wasn't normal because we needed more time for the books to arrive to those who had requested a review copy.

But never fear. One of our prime motives for having us all post on the same days was to gain a spot on Technorati's popular books list. Sadly, Technorati no longer has such a list.

So late works, at least for drawing your readers' attention to Andrew's work. I'm not sure if s many from the tour will stop by, but I hope so.

Glad to see your posts as part of the tour. Better late than never!

When it comes time for granchildren around here (the Lord willing), then I'll definitely have to purchase that CD.
